Second day of Interlacement's Bite Sized Blog Tour at Dragonscale Clippings (www.dragonscaleclippings.wordpress.com). Here you can read one of my poems called "Honey"!

Wednesday Words – Excerpt from Interlacements
Honey
Within your lips,
soft light red petals,
the spring is concealed
out of which I want to sip
sweet smooth runny
filamentous nectar,
knead it through the regular
firm movements of my cheek,
so as to produce
warm tasty honey,
passionately flowing
into each other’s shrines -
curative, nutritious gold
for our senses -
skin to skin
mouth to mouth
I smell the fragrance
of a thousand flowers.
